We train your team at your business, each person at their own workstation. Unlike a standalone course it does not end with a handout folder, but with a working AI system that your team has practised on during the training and keeps using the next morning, so nobody has to start from scratch again. Everyone also receives a record of participation, with the date and the content, which documents the measure you took for your team's AI literacy.

What your team learns in the AI training

The theory follows a fixed structure so that everyone ends up on the same basis. The hands-on part, on the other hand, we tailor to your business, to the tasks that come up every day anyway and otherwise stay undone.

Key terms, tools and the limits of AI. And above all how to check a result instead of simply accepting it, with examples throughout.

2 to 3 hours
Here your team works on its own tasks, each person in their own area. What this part looks like is only settled after the initial call, because it turns out completely differently from business to business.

The AI system

What is the AI system?

The closest comparison is a colleague who already knows your business: you give it a task, the system does the groundwork and presents the result for approval instead of leaving you alone with an empty input field. Each person gets a personal assistant that is available around the clock.

Your people's role shifts in the process from working through tasks to directing and checking, which is usually unfamiliar at first. Behind it work the AI models of major providers, and in front of them sits our AI agent framework.

With this package a set-up system stays in your business after the training, one your team has practised on and carries on working with the next morning.

Why a person gives the final approval: on a task beyond the limits of AI, consultants using AI in the Harvard Business School and Boston Consulting Group study were 19 percentage points less likely to get it right than without AI (Dell'Acqua et al., 2023). That is exactly why the rulebook checks the work first with us, and a person gives the approval.

Why AI training with your own system achieves more than a course

After a standalone course your team knows how AI works in principle, but the next morning it sits in front of an empty chat window again and starts from the beginning every time, because the knowledge is there while the set-up workplace is missing.

In our AI training your team practises on a system that is set up with a fixed rulebook and your own workflows, and then carries on with exactly that. We have used the system in our own agency work for a year. For the tasks that keep coming up with us we built rules and skills so that the results reach the quality of good human work.

Options

AI training with your own system, or the training on its own

The package includes setup, training, the follow-up session and the record for every participant. If you do not need a set-up system, you book the training on its own. You receive your quote after a short initial call, because it is usually hard to say beforehand how much setup work comes together at your place (the AI providers bill their usage costs directly to you anyway).

Legal framework

AI literacy obligation: what Article 4 requires of your business

Companies that use AI have had to promote the AI literacy of their staff since 2 February 2025, and since amending Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 came into force on 27 July 2026 that explicitly means taking measures. The regulation does not prescribe a specific level per person, and it does not ask for an external certificate either.

The EU AI Act does not set its own range of fines for Article 4, but national authorities can penalise breaches under national law. What a business actually faces therefore depends more on the supervisory authority than on the text of the regulation. In Germany the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) is generally responsible; sectors with their own supervisory body, such as BaFin, keep their authority.

On top of that, Article 50 has applied since 2 August 2026: anyone talking to a chatbot or voice assistant must be told so, and deepfakes must be labelled. Afterwards

After the AI training, you keep a point of contact

The AI system stays in your business, and when questions from everyday work come up in the first month, that is what you use the follow-up session for.

After that you can add ongoing support: updates when we develop the system further or new AI models arrive, a dedicated AI contact, a 30-minute AI support call each month and the monthly AI newsletter. We also keep improving your own AI capabilities and skills, and if that stops suiting you at some point, ongoing support can be cancelled monthly, effective at the end of the month.

Frequently asked questions about the AI training

What is AI training for companies?

AI training teaches your team how AI tools work, what they are suited to and how to check their results instead of accepting them. With us a set-up AI system comes on top. Your team practises on it during the training and carries on working with it in daily business afterwards.

Is AI training for employees mandatory?

Since 2 February 2025 Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required companies that use AI to promote the AI literacy of their staff, and since amending Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 that means taking measures. No specific level of competence per person is prescribed, but a training course is exactly such a measure.

Do you need a certificate for the AI literacy obligation?

No, the regulation does not ask for a certificate. It prescribes no format, only measures, and the European Commission and Germany's Federal Network Agency do not name an external certificate as an obligation either. Documenting them still makes sense. What remains is how you document your measure: with us through the record of participation for each person, with the date and the content.

How many people can take part?

We agree the group size with you in the initial call. Everyone practises at their own workstation, in the package and in the training without the AI system alike.

Does my team need a technical background?

No, nobody needs prior knowledge. The theory starts with the basic terms, and the hands-on part starts from the tasks your team handles every day anyway.

Is the training onsite, and what do we need on the day?

The training takes place in-house at your business, or fully online on request. On site you need a room with a screen or projector, internet access and a laptop for each person with access to the tools they already work with today.

Which AI services does the system work with, and what about data protection?

The system runs on your server and can be used with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other AI services, and sensitive data stays stored locally in your business. Which services fit your data protection requirements is something we agree with you before setup, because that turns out differently depending on the sector and the data involved.

Are there additional costs for the AI services?

Yes, those come on top. The accounts with the AI providers are held in your business's name, so billing runs directly between you and the provider in question.
