What is an AI agent system and how does your team work with it?
Your team works with the system the way it works with a colleague who knows the business. You give it a task, the system does the groundwork and puts the result forward for approval. AI models from major providers do the work behind it, our own AI agent framework sits in front.
What sets it apart from a single AI chat: the system knows your products, your tone of voice and your processes, so your team never has to explain anything twice. How does an AI agent system differ from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a single chat window without knowledge of your business. The agent system knows your business, handles recurring tasks reliably, works with your software and checks results before your team sees them. ChatGPT can be one of the models working inside it.
Does my team need technical knowledge?
No. Your team gives tasks in plain language and reviews results. It learns how to work with the system in our AI training, on its own tasks.
What about data protection?
The system and its storage sit on your server. For processing it uses cloud AI services. Which providers fit your requirements is something we clarify together before setup.
Which AI models does the system work with?
With models from major providers such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. The system is not tied to one provider, you can switch the model.
Does the system send emails or launch ads on its own?
No. It prepares and puts things forward for approval. Anything that goes out or costs money is approved by a person.
How long until we can work with it?
Setup takes around three hours, followed by theory and practice in the training. Your team keeps working with the system the next morning.
