Why does social media keep slipping in hospitality?
In a restaurant or hotel, guests come first. Planning posts, taking photos and writing captions happens on the side, and during service there is often no time left for it. That is the problem Momentsuite starts from: venues lose reach because their channels are not kept up.
An agency is the traditional way out. For a single venue it is often too expensive, and for chains the effort grows with every location. Some tasks are also hard to plan: dishes and drinks look the way the menu intends only for a short moment, and guests do not want to appear in advertising photos without being asked.
Momentsuite is therefore aimed at businesses that want to run social media without an agency, from a single café to a multi-brand chain.
What Momentsuite takes off a venue’s plate
The starting point is called “Magic Start”: the venue enters its domain, the tool analyses the site and creates a first social media strategy. It covers target groups, content formats and tone of voice, imports existing images and fills the calendar with first draft posts.
From there, the team works in a visual content calendar. Drafts can be moved, edited, regenerated or written by hand. Finished posts are scheduled and published automatically on Facebook and Instagram.
Around the calendar sit further building blocks: a central media library, ads created straight from existing content, landing pages for offers and events, analysis of comments and sentiment, and statistics on reach and engagement. Chains can manage several locations separately.
| Task | How Momentsuite supports it |
|---|---|
| Strategy | Target groups, formats and tone of voice derived from the venue’s website |
| Planning | Visual content calendar with status and campaigns |
| Images and video | Created and edited in the tool, including reels with subtitles |
| Publishing | Scheduled, automatic posts on Facebook and Instagram |
| Community | Comments in one place, sentiment detected, important enquiries flagged |
Where AI saves the host real work
A website becomes a strategy. The AI reads how a venue describes itself and derives target groups and tone of voice from it. According to the project description, the brand’s own tone is the default, so drafts do not read like generic AI copy.
A phone snap becomes food photography. Momentsuite says it turns simple phone photos into high-quality food photography. That helps with dishes and drinks whose best moment is brief.
The season becomes a visual. Summer terrace, autumn mood or winter scene: seasonal images are created without waiting for the right weather. Photorealistic model scenes show atmosphere without featuring real guests.
Comments become a to-do list. Sentiment analysis sorts comments and highlights important enquiries so that no booking question gets lost.
Control stays with the venue. Momentsuite stresses that every step is visible and editable, from the draft strategy to publication. The aim is to give the team time back for its guests; the AI provides drafts, and the team decides what goes live.
What hosts should know about AI images and guest photos
Right to one’s own image. In Germany, Section 22 of the Art Copyright Act (KUG) allows portraits to be distributed or publicly displayed only with the consent of the person shown. For real guests in advertising photos, that means getting consent first, which is one reason AI model scenes appeal to hosts.
Disclosure under the EU AI Act. Article 50 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 August 2026. Under paragraph 4, deployers must disclose that image, audio or video content has been artificially generated or manipulated if it constitutes a deep fake. Article 3(60) defines a deep fake as AI content that resembles existing persons, objects, places, entities or events and would falsely appear to a person to be authentic. A photorealistic image of your own terrace populated with AI-generated guests may fall under this. When in doubt, label such images; our article on AI disclosure under Article 50 explains how disclosure works for chatbots.
Data protection. According to the project description, Momentsuite is hosted in Germany in line with the GDPR. For the venue, the usual duty remains: sign a data processing agreement with every service provider that processes personal data.
AI literacy. Article 4 of the AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025 and, since 27 July 2026, in the version amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744: businesses have to take measures that support the development of AI literacy, but do not have to guarantee a specific level of competence for any individual. That includes the team approving posts.
What other businesses can learn from this project
Momentsuite shows a pattern that works beyond hospitality: the AI does not start from an empty prompt box but from what the business has already published about itself. The company website is the source for tone, offer and audience.
That leads to four steps that carry over to retail, the trades or service firms.
- 01
Choose the source
FirstWhat should the AI build on? Website, menu, price list. Whatever is wrong there will end up in the post.
- 02
Fix the tone
ThenThe brand’s tone of voice is set once and applies to every draft.
- 03
Generate drafts
NextThe AI proposes strategy, calendar, images and copy.
- 04
Approve and label
AlwaysA person checks facts, prices and images and labels AI images where the AI Act requires it.
How does a business start using AI in marketing?

Frequently asked questions
Who is Momentsuite for?
Restaurants, hotels, cafés and chains that want to run social media without an agency. Chains can manage several locations separately.
Which channels does Momentsuite publish to?
According to the provider, posts are published automatically on Facebook and Instagram. Depending on the plan, further channels can be connected.
Can I change AI drafts before they go live?
Yes. Strategy, calendar, drafts, images and videos can be edited, regenerated or created by hand. Only what the venue approves is published.
Do I have to label AI images?
Photorealistic AI images that depict real places or people and would appear authentic can count as a deep fake under the AI Act. Article 50(4) then requires you to disclose that they were artificially generated. When in doubt, label them.
May I show real guests in advertising photos?
In Germany only with their consent, as Section 22 KUG requires. AI model scenes are one way to show atmosphere without depicting guests.
What is Scalableloops’ role?
Scalableloops supports the project with its AI implementation. The tool is operated by Momentsuite.
How to bring AI into your social media marketing
- 01
Check your source
Read your website as a guest would: are the offer, opening hours and tone right? Every AI tool builds on it.
- 02
List the gaps
Note which social media work gets left undone: planning, images, captions, replies to comments.
- 03
Set the rules
Agree who approves posts, how AI images are labelled and which guest photos may be used with consent.
- 04
Prepare your team
Train your team on the chosen tool. We can help with AI training or an AI agent system built for your business.
Momentsuite shows how AI helps hospitality where time is shortest: keeping channels running week after week. Quality comes from a good source, a fixed tone of voice and a person who approves and labels.
